Here is a video that demonstrates the main problem: the string of silicone grease between the nozzle and the substrate. This string often disrupts the process. However, with PDos X1 Jetting Valve, we’re able to shorten this string, achieving very precise dispensing results. The string-residue at the nozzle remains consistent in volume, ensuring reliability.
