Conical Precision Nozzle is specifically designed for fluid dispensing. The tapered nozzle provides smooth flow of the material and reduces build-up fluid pressure, thus eliminating drooling of the material at the end of the dispensing cycle. The thin nozzle wall also helps to reduce tailing when dispensing viscous material. With precise exit apertures as small as 0.002 inches or 50μm, it is able to dispense very small volume with good volumetric consistency.
