UVLSPOT is TechnoDigm™ newest spot curing system. It is a high performance LED UV system for industrial applications requiring high intensity UV output for quick curing of UV adhesives and epoxies. UVLSPOT increases productivity and provides consistency of cure.
It is designed to eliminate the need to focus the UV light curing area and high UV intensity output can be expected within a certain range. The primary advantage of UVLSPOT over traditional spot curing systems is that there is no light guide needed and the curing area can be as large as 20mm in diameter. UVLSPOT is lightweight and compact and can be easily mounted on any moving platform for automated UV curing process. Due to its easy-to-use controller with a big touchscreen, UVLSPOT is easy to set up and control.
