The PDP3000 is a dual-mode direct syringe dispensing system that combines pneumatic headspace regulation and mechanical linear actuation for precise fluid control.

Key features include:

– Pneumatic Dispensing Mode: Maintains consistent air pressure inside the syringe regardless of the material level, achieving a repeatability of better than 3% in certain applications.

– Direct Drive Mode: Utilizes an actuator to apply force directly on the piston, dispensing a precise amount of epoxy proportional to the actuator’s movement without the need for compressed air.

The system supports 3, 5, 10, and 30cc syringe sizes. For optimal performance, it is best paired with TechnoDigm’s dispensing robots for applications such as micro dots, line dispensing, dam and fill, and potting.
