The SL1000 Syringe Loader is designed to provide consistent filling for various types of assembly fluid. It can accommodate barrel size of 3, 5, 10, 30 & 55 cc from different manufacturers as long as the syringe has a luer lock connection.
Apart from transferring from cartridge, it also can be transferred from a pressure pump or a pressure tank. Pressure tank is suitable to transfer materials that are highly vicious. The SL1000 increases productivity and eliminates material wastage, achieving significant savings as compared to manual loading processes.
The SL1000 is suitable for grease, lubricants, and high viscosity material loading. It can be configured with straight-walled can/pails sizing from 1kg can to 20kg pails.
As for SL1100, it can accommodate various cartridge sizes, including 300, 600, and 900ml.
