Our air atomizing spray valves are offered in both standard and high fluid flow configurations. These valves provide solutions for spraying fluids in coating and masking applications. They utilize low air pressure to break down coating materials into tiny droplets and deposit them onto any coating surface. The atomizing air pressure can be as low as 10 kPa, ensuring that the coating material will not “bounce” or be blown off the intended surface area. The valves come with an extended nozzle that can be dipped into a solvent to prevent the coating material from drying out. Cleaning or flushing is only required for the extended nozzle assembly.
TechnoDigm™ spray valves are equipped with a precision micrometer head that allows the stroke to be finely adjusted to achieve a precise amount of spray fluid. The valve stroke has a very fine 10-micron resolution. These valves are designed with stainless steel wetted parts, making them suitable for all kinds of fluids, including corrosive types.
SVC1000 – Spray Valve Controller
SVC1000 is a dedicated controller for spray valves. It has a comprehensive range of features for good control of the spraying parameters. It is micro-P driven and can be easily integrated onto any existing system. Spray parameters can be easily saved and recall, thanks to its internal memory of up to 100 programs.
