Temperature Controlled Dispensing Valve, NV500H

By maintaining a constant fluid temperature during dispensing, the NV500H valve system will prevent inconsistent dispensing volume caused by temperature fluctuations. In addition, it can also be used to improve dispensability of high viscosity materials.

A simple dedicated temperature controller allows for simultaneous setting of temperatures of up to 125 degrees °C for both the dispensing valve and the 30cc syringe.

Temperature Controller, TC1000

NV500H works with our standard temperature controller TC1000. The controller is integrated with the high performance PID temperature controllers featuring high-speed sampling cycle rate of 50 ms with ±0.3% display-accuracy. High power SSR is used for controlling load up to 1KW.
