The UVL LED UV Flood Cure Series has been designed exclusively with an intensity peak of 1400 mW/cm2 (UVA) and a fully intuitive touch screen user interface that is easy to operate, and ensures a high and stable intensity output, achieving consistent curing results.

Controller System

The control unit for UV flood curing system is designed with built-in power supply and control interface features. The integrated high resolution 7" touch screen will allows users to set up, operate and monitor effortlessly. The control unit includes process setup, process control, and real time monitoring. The remote screen control feature allows users to monitor and control the system via a web browser remotely. Safety features such as over temperature and LED fault detection are included to notify users of necessary action before affecting the quality of the user's product. Besides being a standalone system, the control unit also can be integrated with other external systems through simple I/O or RS232 communication.

Industry 4.0 Enabled

Industry 4.0 takes the emphasis on digital technology from recent decades to a whole new level with the help of interconnectivity through the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). As such, demand for more comprehensive and interlinked real time data has been a holistic approach to today’s manufacturing industry.

Furthermore, integrating optional features like UV Sensor enables real time monitoring and auto adjustments of UV intensity ensuring comprehensive curing throughout the manufacturing process and the implementation of smart features such as in-built LED failure detection allows users to identify and address issues instantly before they pose larger risks.

Remote screen control is a feature that allows the supervisory control of one or more LED UV controllers via the web browser. Users can monitor and operate the system by simply visiting the IP address of the controller. Standard user interfaces will be displayed once the connection is established between the controller and the user’s PC. Target and current intensity, curing time, remaining time and temperature are available on the web browser for the user to monitor and control. Users can also start and stop the curing process remotely.
