INTEGRATED WITH UV INTENSITY CLOSED LOOP CONTROL

The UVLS1010 is integrated with UV intensity closed loop control and has been designed exclusively with a peak intensity of 1400 mW/cm² (UVA) and a fully intuitive touch screen user interface that is easy to operate, and ensures a high and stable intensity output, achieving consistent curing results.

UVLC Controller

The control unit for UV flood curing system is designed with built-in power supply and control interface features. The integrated high resolution 7″ touch screen will allow users to set up, operate and monitor effortlessly. The remote screen control feature allows users to monitor and control the system via web browser remotely. The safety features are included to notify users of necessary action before affecting the quality of the product. Besides being a standalone system, the control unit also can be integrated with other external systems through simple I/O communication or RS232 communication.
